In a career spanning over 15 years in the Indian financial sector, Sarath has handled equity research, fixed income and equity trading, corporate finance, private equity and funds management. Starting his career with Standard Chartered Bank, treasury division, he then set up Navia Markets Ltd. for one of the country's largest business houses and grew this investment services firm into a leading position before founding Unifi in 2001. Sarath holds a MBA, Utah State University.

Narendranath is one of Unifi's co-founders. As the company CEO, Naren manages day to day operations, finance and compliance. He began his career in financial services in 1980. During a 20 year stint with a leading non-bank finance company, he has had hands-on exposure at a senior level to equipment leasing, hire purchase, and credit cards. Functionally, he has handled business development, client relationship, capital raising, compliance and back-room operations. Naren has a Masters degree in Economics from Madras Christian College.

Ishwar Nahappan, Chairman Anin Group (Singapore). Private investor in the UK, Australia and India, Chairman of various public companies. Lawyer by training. Formerly an investment banker with Bank of America. (non-executive director)

Sandeep Reddy is a Co-Founder of iLabs. iLabs is a Private Equity firm managing $300 million of capital across two funds for investments in companies which are India-centric. iLabs has been an investor in UNIFI since inception.

Operating out of Hyderabad and Chennai, iLabs helps build fundamentally stronger and better companies through its extensive operating, entrepreneurial and mentoring experience, iLabs's current portfolio is spread across the sectors of Technology Products and Services, Media and Entertainment and Consumer Services.

Sandeep has 10 years of experience in Strategy consulting with Price Waterhouse in San Francisco and with Andersen Consulting in London. He holds a BS in Computer science and Finance from Utah State University and an MBA from IMD (Switzerland).
